detox protocol

This protocol is designed to facilitate body detox.

These protocols do not replace the corresponding medical consultation to make an adequate diagnosis and treatment of each symptom.

Preventive:

- It is essential to eat consciously, choosing genuine and non-ultra-processed nutrients.

- Pay special attention to the containers that surround us in everyday life, understand which ones are reusable and which ones should be discarded after one use. Avoid plastics as much as possible.

- Drink 2 liters of water per day

- Perform aerobic physical activity regularly.

- I recommend having the Detox Drinks Recipe Book to prepare and drink at least 1 detox drink in the morning on an empty stomach to maintain a purified body.

Treatment: In cases where mild and sporadic symptoms appear without explanation, without diagnosis, such as itching, gastrointestinal discomfort, heaviness in the legs, headaches, tingling, cramps, take 20 drops of Detox Tincture dissolved in water every 8 hours for 7 days and then maintain with 20 drops only in the morning on an empty stomach.
